If we contacted you, you are already eligible for Airbnbify!
Properties that are eligible under NYC's New Local Law 18 as of September 5th, 2023 include;
a. Any Class B Multiple dwellings unit
b. Any multifamily building with under 4 dwelling units
c. Any single family home or SRO
d. Prohibited Buildings: Short term rentals are not allowed in buildings run by the NYCHA government agency or any rent regulated building.

Registration

With our 20+ years of experience, we complete all necessary registration with local municipalities. Typically what is required is:
a. Names and ID's of residents in the unit
b. A detailed layout of the unit indicating which units will be rented and emergency exits
c. Proof of ownership or tenancy (utility bills, bank statements, etc.)
d. Payment of application fee
e. Maintain Compliance; Continuously comply with all applicable laws and regulations to avoid fines and penalties. Regularly update your registration.
